Poetry and Collage Series

My Poetry and Collage series began as part of a group artist residency with the New Orleans Kolaj Institute in April 2022. The focus was to combine two art forms and produce work both individually and collaboratively on themes personal to each other.

At the time I was a carer for my husband who was fighting cancer, so the work evokes feelings of frustration, grief and loss.

Work from the residency was reproduced in journal form as PoetryXCollage journal number three in December 2022
